UK-JAPAN.net is currently looking for volunteer members in the following areas:

- 1x Project Partner - Looking for a Japanese person living in Japan (in Tokyo, Chiba [Preferably Chiba]), and who is seriously interested in cultural communication between the UK and Japan.

Applicant will have unique ideas and a vision to make UK-JAPAN.net bigger and better - including the idea of UK-JAPAN.net TV programme online (within the next 4-6 years), and to open the website to advertisers.

Applicant must be able to write both in English and Japanese
Applicant must have knowledge of either Dreamweaver and/or Go Live Applications and HTML website related skills, as well as basic CS Photoshop/Illustrator skills

- A Graphic/Web designer (Web designer to be paid)- to design the new website layout for UK-JAPAN.net. Applicant must have previous experience/portfolio, and be living in the Chiba, Tokyo area.

- 2x Events Persons - Aim is to have two events people who can translate brief events descriptions. One will find and list uk-japan related events based in the UK, and one will find and list uk-japan related events in Japan.

- 2-4x Classified Persons - Looking for 2-4 classified people who will be committed to translating classifieds when necessary.

- 4x Writers - Looking for 2 dedicated review writers, and 2 dedicated feature writers (we will also be introducing a global feature every month - a feature based on another country other than the UK and Japan).

- Translators - We need more translators to help distribute the future workload

- Promotional Members - Looking for promotional members to help spread the word about the UK-JAPAN.net website, and to create and manage a uk-japan community group via a medium of their choice.

UK-JAPAN.netでは、下記の分野でボランティアーメンバーを募集しています。

- プロジェクトパートナー１名-日本在住の日本人の方（東京か千葉在住。千葉の方が好ましい）でイギリスと日本の文化交流に非常に興味のある方。

UK-JAPAN.netをよりよく大きくしてゆけるビジョンと独創的な発想をお持ちで、広告を掲載するウェブサイトを解説することが可能な方。

英語、日本語での文書作成が可能でありDreamweaver、または Go Live Applications、そして HTML website関係のスキル、基本的なCS Photoshop/Illustratorの知識をお持ちの方。

- グラフィック／ウェブデザイナー（ウェブデザイナーに関しては報酬をお支払いいたします）- UK-JAPAN.net.サイトの新しいウェブサイトの作成をしていただける、経験者の方。千葉、東京近郊にお住まいの方。

- イベント担当2名-イギリス、日本両国で行われる簡単なイベントの解説訳が可能な方。イギリス国内行事関係担当者１名。日本国内行事担当者１名

- 広告担当者2〜4名-必要に応じて広告翻訳が可能な方。

- 記事担当者４名-評論担当者２名、月例特集担当者２名（毎月 UK-JAPAN.net.で紹介してゆく世界のイベントに関するもの。日本、イギリス以外の国に関するもの）

- 翻訳者-将来に渡って業務支援が必要なため、より多くの方を希望しています。

- プロモーションメンバー-メディアを通してuk-japanのコミュニティーを運営且つ創設し、 UK-JAPAN.netのサイトの拡大運営の支援が可能な方。
